1. When can I expect my order to ship? 
   Most items ship within 3 to 5 business days. Some custom items may take longer. For more information on our shipping policy, click here.
   
   
2. I live outside the US and I received tracking to an address in PA. What's up?
   Most of our international orders pass through a hub in PA where they are transferred to an international carrier. You will receive tracking to the hub in an email from CreamTone. A separate email with international tracking is sent by the international carrier. check your folders (including junk) for messages from an email address ending in @glopal.com.
