Introducing CreamTone Gold!
Upgrade your vintage or historic Gibson and open up the tone and responsiveness due to the superiority of the materials over stock hardware. The bridge is made of zinc alloy with brass saddles. The tailpiece is made from featherweight aluminum. The aluminum is plated with no copper under the nickel, just like the originals from the 50s. It's a more labor-intensive process but we think it's worth the extra time to do it right. We also roll the edges of the tailpiece for a more vintage appearance.
Includes steel tailpiece studs and brass bridge thumbwheels and studs.
We now offer, as an option, to slot and polish the bridge saddles because many of our customers have asked for it. We slot them for the best universal fit. However, we continue to recommend that the bridge be on your guitar before the saddles are cut so that the strings can be properly aligned with the polepieces of the pickups and the edges of the fingerboard.
Choose your finish from the menu at the top of this description: NOS (new and shiny) or aged LIX Patina. LIX is the Roman numeral for 59. Aged CreamTone parts have the look of well-worn pieces from that era.
