This is a Fender 2016 Limited Edition American Telecaster built from the ground up with the full line of LIX Patina aged parts. LIX is the Roman numeral for 59. Even though these parts are brand new, they have the look and feel of well-worn parts from that era. Each piece is handcrafted in the USA for best quality and performance.

The guitar came to us brand new and has never been owned or played outside our shop. The Olympic White finish is factory fresh and 100% original, as are the frets, nut, and neck plate. Our bridge is designed to fit vintage Teles. We thank the Stratosphere and the good people at Joe Barden for providing the base plate for this American Professional bridge. This plate is made from the same material as our own and is completely up to our standards. We have finished it with our saddles, screws, and springs and aged it in our shop.

We’ve also installed aged Grover strap buttons that are compatible with Grover or Schaller strap locks, our new nickel control plate and knobs, and an Electrosocket jack. These items are not yet available separately in our store, but if you’re interested in any of them for your guitar, send us a message.
A new, top-shelf Fender tolex case is included along with a very special CreamTone COA—which commemorates this as our first Fender build with a photo of the guitar—and all the factory case candy. The guitar has been set up with new Billy Gibbons Signature strings and dialed in to play like a dream. Of course, things can settle a bit during shipping so minor adjustments may be necessary when you unpack it. The finish has not been intentionally aged, however a few light marks may be present that reflect the handcrafted nature of this instrument.
This is an opportunity to own a new, custom-built American Professional Telecaster for the same price as the stock guitar at the big-chain stores.
