We've rebuilt this Gibson Les Paul 2016 Traditional from the ground up with the full line of LIX Patina lightly aged parts. LIX is the Roman numeral for 59. Even though these parts are brand new, they have the look and feel of well-worn parts from that era. Each piece is handcrafted in the USA for best quality and performance.
If you’ve ever thought about completely outfitting a new Les Paul with CreamTone parts, but didn’t want the hassle of parting out a new guitar and being stuck with all the leftovers, this is your chance to do it the easy way.
The guitar came to us brand new and has never been owned or played outside our shop. It features a exceptional AA maple top on a mahogany body with traditional weight relief, and a rosewood fingerboard. It weighs 9 pounds.
The Lightburst finish is factory fresh and 100% original, as are the Plek’d frets and nut. The rest of the guitar is pure CreamTone! Assembled in our shop using our parts especially selected to enhance the unique character of this guitar.
This one has a beautiful top! Gorgeous, vintage-looking flame and some of the nicest mineral streaking we've encountered on a production top. It also has that rare Jimmy Page-like bookmatched top where light reflects opposite on the two sides, giving her a dark side! The finish has not been intentionally aged, however a few light marks may be present.
A new, custom case is included along with a CreamTone COA, all the Gibson factory case candy including the truss rod wrench, and the keys to the case.
This is an opportunity to own a new, custom-built 2016 Les Paul Traditional for the same price as the stock guitar at the big-chain stores. But unlike those, this is a very special instrument you’ll be proud to take on stage night after night.
