CreamTone Vintage Design brings the tone, look and feel of the great vintage guitars from the 1950s and ‘60s back to modern Gibson and Epiphone guitars.
Check out this gorgeous Korina Amos Flying V!
We work with an authorized Gibson dealer and buy our bodies brand new. We only pick the top shelf—the best wood, the best finishes, and the right weight. Then we build them with the full line of our genuine CreamTone parts. Every piece is handcrafted for the best quality and performance.
If you’ve ever thought about completely outfitting a new guitar with CreamTone parts, but didn’t want the hassle of parting out a new guitar and being stuck with all the leftovers, this is your chance to do it the easy way.
This one came to us brand new and has never been owned or played outside our shop. It features an exceptional solid body with no weight relief, a Blackwood fingerboard on a 50's neck profile. It weighs 6 pounds.
The finish is factory fresh and 100% original, as are the frets and nut. The rest of the guitar is pure CreamTone! Assembled in our shop using our parts especially selected to enhance the unique character of this guitar.
- LIX Patina gold and nickel hardware includes Gibson Deluxe Kluson tuners, and our CreamTone ABR-1 bridge to compliment the stock tailpiece which has been aged in our shop
- Our A3 Deluxe pickups with raw nickel covers give the guitar the look of an original 58 Flying V
- Our harness featuring an authentic 1950's Bumblebee drifted capacitor and CTS’ finest vintage-taper pots
- CreamTone LIX Patina plastics featuring our black top hat knobs with nickel pointers, butterscotch toggle tip, vintage-style truss rod cover (the engraved metal cover is included in the case), white wide-beveled jack plate, and two (Yes, two!) of our wide-bevel pickguards. We love the look of the original ‘58s, so we cut a white pickguard for this one. And to stay true to the black guard on the original Amos, we’ve also cut one of our wide-bevel 5-ply black pickguards for it. It will be in the case.
The finish has not been intentionally aged, however a few light marks may be present that reflect the handcrafted quality of this instrument.
The original Amos hardshell case, a CreamTone COA along with the Epi COA and all the factory case candy is included.
This is an opportunity to own a new, custom-built Amos for only a few dollars more than the stock guitar at the big-chain stores. But unlike those, this is a very special instrument you’ll be proud to take on stage night after night.
