Pickguard for Fender Stratocaster • NOS or LIX Patina Single-Ply Thin Tortoise • SSS or HSS

$ 69.00

Thin single-ply tortoise pickguards were made popular on Les Paul Specials in the late 50s. When we first started throwing around ideas for Fender pickguards, we cut a couple for my Strats and we think you'll agree they look awesome!

Genuine .07 celluloid material. This is the good stuff and it can be difficult to come by. It's more expensive than other material but the look is totally worth it!

Available in 3 mounting patterns:

  • Vintage 8 Hole - Fits Strats from the 50s and vintage reissues
  • Standard 11 Hole - Fits new American and MIM Strats as well as most vintage reissues with a rosewood fingerboard.
  • Modern 8 Hole - Lines up with the 11-hole pattern. This configuration is ideal on new Stratocasters with maple fingerboards. The combination of the thin material and our 8-hole pattern instantly gives modern guitars a vintage look without the need to drill or mod the body.

Choose from 2 finishes:

  • NOS - No intentional aging. A few light marks may be present that reflect the handcrafted nature of our parts.
  • LIX Patina - LIX is the Roman numeral for 59. These parts are lightly to look and feel like well-loved parts from that era.

Cut for classic SSS models or HSS with a fat cut at the bridge for humbuckers without a cover.
